Mira Douglas
Instructor
Mira Douglas is an educator with experience teaching in both private and public schools in Cobb and Douglas counties. A native of Slovakia, she is well-versed in several languages and across multiple subject areas. She is currently a high school language teacher in Douglas County, and a mother to 4 awesome kids.
Ben Phillips
Instructor
Ben Phillips is a music educator and sound engineer who teaches private lessons and workshops across the region. He plays several instruments and has coordinated many music programs around metro Atlanta. An Eagle Scout, former Boy Scout leader and CPR instructor, he enjoys rock climbing and other outdoor activities when he is not teaching.
Donald Douglas
Camp Director, Instructor
Donald Douglas is a metro Atlanta STEM/STEAM educator with over 20 years of corporate software development. He is the Committee Chair of the Douglas County Association for Gifted Children, has served in many other volunteer positions around the county and also taught as a substitute in elementary, middle and high schools.
"I firmly believe that every child has unlimited potential for greatness, and it is up to parents and educators to uncover and develop this genius. Since my university experience crossed both hemispheres of my brain (I majored in both Computer Science and Music - with a minor in Spanish), I feel a complete education encompasses as many disciplines as possible."
